How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Account page and click Manage subscription. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Is my data really private?
Yes. Every row in your vault is scoped to your account with row-level security in our database. No one else, not another user, not a partner, not us casually, can query your data. We never sell it, and we never share it with advertisers.
Can DYTEIQ tell me who to date or not date?
No. DYTEIQ surfaces patterns and flags observations you enter, you make the decision. It is a mirror, not a verdict.
How does the free trial work?
New DYTEIQ Pro subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
How do I delete my account?
Account page → Delete account permanently. This immediately and irreversibly removes your vault, notes, and assessments.
Something feels off in an AI insight. What do I do?
AI insights are generated from the information you enter. Re-check your dimension ratings, flags, and notes, small changes can meaningfully shift the analysis. If it still seems wrong, contact us below.
