Terms of Service

1. What DYTEIQ is (and isn't)

DYTEIQ is a private, personal intelligence tool for evaluating the people you are already dating. It is not a dating app, matching service, background-check service, or professional advice service. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship-therapy advice. Insights are generated by software and AI based on information you provide, and you are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use DYTEIQ. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, stalk, threaten, or harm any person.
• Enter data about identifiable individuals in a way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Share your account with others or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to make legal, employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions about anyone.

4. Your content and privacy

You own the data you enter into DYTEIQ. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you. We treat your vault as private. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is stored, processed by AI, and protected.

5. Subscriptions and billing

DYTEIQ Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page (currently $12/month) plus applicable taxes. New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the first monthly period, and monthly renewals will continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. AI-generated content

DYTEIQ uses AI to analyze the data you provide. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or bias, and does not represent the views of DYTEIQ or any third party. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on it.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your vault. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DYTEIQ and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of DYTEIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
